When you submit a booking request, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any taxes, fees, and deposits. A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and your payment has been successfully processed.
The cancellation policy that applies to your booking is shown during checkout and in your confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a booking.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and any additional guests.
You agree to follow the house rules and any property-specific guidelines provided.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during the stay.
Conduct and Property Use
Parties, events, and any activity that disturbs neighbors or violates local ordinances are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if the property or its rules are violated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finns BnB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or your stay. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
